Rhys has worked at FJN USA since October 2024, beginning as an intern and becoming a grant consultant in May 2025. After graduating from the University of Cambridge, he moved to the USA and became interested in Haiti while preparing for law school. He was inspired to work for FJN USA due to the focus on Haitian sovereignty, and has worked on several community engagement projects.
